Attending to Walk in customers.
Vendor Management
Indoor plants/landscaping Management
Responsibility for receiving the couriers/mails or vice versa.
Supervision of office housekeeping
Preparation of Purchase Orders, Vouchers, receipts, and letter
correspondence.
Assets Management.
Verification of all bills relating to electricity, water, office services, repairs
and maintenance of office equipment and machinery, stationery etc.
Dealing with all kind of vendors like stationery suppliers, couriers, food
supplier, transportations, Bills processing etc
Transportation Management and co-ordination
Managing Admin Help Desk/Reception Management.
Client Visit – Organizing and Booking conf/meeting room/s, refreshments,
lunch etc
Office Supplies & Stationery.
Pantry/Cafeteria Management
Petty Cash Management
Keys management.
Mail Room management - Postage/stamp paper and Freight
Pest Control.
Liaising with external agencies, statutory bodies and authorities; comply
fully with all locally applicable statutes and regulations.
Record Management.
Storage management.
Submission of final clearance documents to client for payment process
Reprographics Management (Utility Services) -Ensure all
printers/copier/scanners/fax/Shredder are in working condition. Co-ordinate
all maintenance work and AMC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,778.42 - ₹2,000,982.41 per year
