We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a highly organised, reliable, and experienced Administration Clerk to join our team.
This is a work-from-home role with flexible days and minimal hours to start, making it ideal for a parent seeking work during school hours.
Hours:
Starting at approximately 6 hours per week
Hours will increase from July to September (contracted additional hours during this period)
Strong potential for a permanent increase in hours for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to emails in a timely and organised manner
Scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of jobs
Staff rostering with a high level of attention to detail
Ordering stock and consumables and maintaining accurate records
General administrative support, ensuring systems and processes are kept well organised
About You:
Proven administration experience
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Confident with email, scheduling, and basic admin systems
Experience in cleaning, facilities, or service-based industries is an advantage (but not essential)
Current Police Clearance
