• Greet and assist visitors, students, parents at the reception.
• Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information.
• Maintain visitor records, inquiry data, and follow-up details.
• Handle admission inquiries, form filling, and counseling support.
• Manage front desk documentation, file maintenance, and data entry.
• Coordinate with staff, faculty, and management for daily operations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum Graduate or relevant qualification.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
• Professional, polite, and presentable personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities calmly.
