We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional front desk service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Assist with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support medical staff by handling patient check-ins and managing medical records as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist diverse clientele.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role; experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in calendar management and office software applications.
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical duties.
