Job Title: Process Coordinator – Ethnic Wear Manufacturing (Sarees & Suits)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to manage and streamline the end-to-end production process of sarees, suits, and ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment/textile manufacturing and a good understanding of processes such as fabric sourcing, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely execution of orders.
Track workflow across departments including cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing.
Maintain production schedules and update status reports for all ongoing orders.
Liaise between design, production, quality control, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, trims, and finished goods.
Communicate with vendors for fabric, accessories, dyeing, and embroidery services.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any production issues.
Maintain accurate records of process timelines, vendor delivery, and wastage.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with senior management.
Assist in cost control by optimizing resource usage and minimizing delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Textile Technology / Fashion / Apparel Management or equivalent.
1-2+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of garment production processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Knowledge of traditional Indian garments, fabrics, and embellishment techniques is a plus.
