Role Overview
The Junior Admin & HR Operations Executive will support the execution of HR operations and office administration, ensuring accuracy in employee data, payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities, documentation, and HRMS updates
Coordinate issuance, tracking, and recovery of IT and safety assets
Prepare accurate attendance, payroll, and expense inputs (maker role)
Assist in statutory compliance logistics including PF, ESIC, and PT documentation
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR and admin queries
Manage office administration including housekeeping, pantry, petty cash, vendor coordination, and inventory
Maintain accurate records for assets, supplies, and office expenses
Qualification
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or Office Management
Working knowledge of payroll inputs, HRMS
Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
