Job Title: Admin & HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Admin & HR Executive to oversee office administration and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, and support core HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, documentation, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations and facility upkeep.
Maintain and organize company documents, files, and reports (digital and physical).
Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Support travel arrangements, logistics, and company event coordination.
Manage incoming/outgoing communication, emails, couriers, and scheduling.
HR Operations:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and employee orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate with external consultants and recruitment agencies as needed.
Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and official communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration and/or HR operations.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with basic HR functions like recruitment, documentation, and leave tracking.
Preferred Qualities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Attention to detail and accountability.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
