Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle communication, oversee administrative and HR functions, assist with logistics and inventory, and act as a key liaison across departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, letters).
• Support internal teams with administrative assistance as required.
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits and payroll-related tasks.
• Facilitate internal and external communication between teams, departments, clients, and suppliers.
• Perform HR-related administrative duties while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Plan delivery routes, schedule multi-drop deliveries, and liaise with customers.
• Manage transportation and product shipping logistics.
• Organize inventory distribution and monitor stock levels.
