Description - Desired Candidates should possess the following -
1+ year of Admin & Operations Experience
Proficiency in the following skills:
o
Complete knowledge of office management systems and procedures
o
Basic bookkeeping and math skills
o
Good verbal and written communications skills
o
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
o
Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
o
Maintain the daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
o
Produce professional-quality MIS reports, presentations and briefs
o
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Exemplary planning and time management skills
shown discretion with personal and confidential information
the capability to assume the role of the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
experience of arranging executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
have experience of working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
