Job Description
Himalayas Golf, designs and builds innovative golf facilities around the world — and
behind every great project is a well-run operation. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and
solutions-focused Administration Coordinator to help power our sales systems, executive
operations, marketing campaigns, and financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who

Sales & Marketing
Customer Service Support
a.Support the sales team and sales initiatives
b. Manage CRM and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline
c. Oversee internal corporate communication for sales leads and information
Email Campaigns
a. Assist with the development and management of HG email campaigns
b. Assist sales and marketing in developing content for emails
c. Manage inbound emails for CEO and sales support needs
Operations
General Admin
a.Maintain and clean the filing system and making sure the team is updating for
b. relevant projects
c. Plan domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation,
transportation, and itineraries.
d. Help with logistics where required for projects with other team members (i.e. help
booking machine rentals, investigating best places to purchase certain material etc.)
e. Assist with corporate events, conferences, meetings and client meetings
Executive Support - CEO
a. Help manage correspondence
b. Schedule appointments
Finance & Accounting
a. Process travel reimbursements and expense reports.
b. Assist with analysis of expenses charged on company credit cards for postings in
accounting system.
c. Assist with matching invoices with charges on credit cards
d. Accounting document management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
