About the role
Your career will thrive, working at Gulf Rise Village, based in Red Beach on the sunny Hibiscus Coast. Reporting to the Assistant Village Manager, you will be wearing several administrative, reception, and coordinator hats to support the operational success of the village. This role is part time working 25 hours per week, Mon - Fri
Duties Include:
Administrative support including payroll support, business correspondence, filing, general diary management etc.
Encouraging open communication between management and residents through participation and coordination of village activities
Reception duties and support when needed which includes providing Customer Service to our residents and visitors
Coordinating and running village projects including documentations and record keeping
Assist village leaders with rostering
Assisting other Village stakeholders such as sales or maintenance with any administration needed
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role would be advantageous
Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude
Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy
