Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Adelaide Psychology & Co. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with proper etiquette, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus
