Responsibilities
Performs a variety of administrative functions
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Works under immediate supervision
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Provide Support to Nursing Staff and reports to manager
Support with appointment scheduling
Scanning documents and medical records
Deliver exceptional and empathetic service to colleagues while ensuring privacy policy is maintained
Coordinating and proactively maintaining multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings on behalf of medical personnel while using a high level of integrity
Managing incoming phone calls and emails; Prioritizing what is important and urgent; Acknowledging receipt/replies on behalf of, etc
