This role majorly performs the responsibilities related to coordination and other administrative tasks related to the timesheet, coordination for meetings/conference and seminars with all the administrative requirements.
Key Responsibility/Accountabilities
• Managing and approving the requests of TAF (Travel authorization Form).
• Responsible for creating job notification in web time for Business development unit.
• Approving and reviewing the web time data for the employees in coordination with onshore and leadership.
• Ensure request closing of expenses on real time basis for all the employees.
• Able to collaborate with Vendors and their respective invoices on real time basis.
• Leading the coordination to plan the meetings/conferences and seminars on site or off site.
• Supports general administrative activities and coordinating for Town Hall and internal meetings.
• Reconciling all the monthly invoices and takes lead to timely closure of payments.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and organized.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
