Chiropractic Assistant – Build a Meaningful Career with Back Clinics of Canada

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Chiropractic Assistant who is excited to grow professionally in a dynamic, high-performance clinical setting.
Please Note: This is a long-term position. If you’re only seeking temporary or summer work, this role is not for you.
About the Role
Are you energized by helping others feel better and return to the life they love? This is your opportunity to start or grow a meaningful healthcare career while learning directly from our clinic director, Dr. Ron Nusbaum. You’ll receive full training in our specialized spinal decompression systems and Class IV Summus laser therapy—the most advanced, powerful therapeutic laser legally available.
Key Responsibilities
Operate state-of-the-art spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy equipment.
Provide support and encouragement to patients during their therapy sessions.
Assist patients with basic stretches or postural guidance as directed.
Help track patient progress and assist with treatment documentation.
Support front desk staff with scheduling, phones, and general inquiries.
Keep treatment areas clean, welcoming, and organized.
Light housekeeping and end-of-day clinic upkeep.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong, professional English communication skills—both spoken and written.
A calm, confident personality with great people skills.
Interest or background in chiropractic, physiotherapy, health sciences, or patient care.
Quick thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and great time-management in a busy clinical setting.
Familiarity with medical or therapeutic terminology is helpful but not required.
Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an asset but not necessary—we provide full training.
