Duties include daily administrative tasks, timely follow-up, scheduling and maintaining the flow of information for the effective functioning of the division

Summary:

Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
• High School diploma or GED + two years education/training involving Administrative Assistant courses
• AAS degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of three (3) years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Familiar with medical terminology
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software applications & Outlook.
