Role Description
This is a contract Administrative Assistant role located in Melbourne, VIC at Yassas The Greek Way. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, reporting, and assisting with general office tasks on-site to the CEO of the company.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Understanding of accounting terms, and accounting softwares is perferable
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality business is must
This role can be converted to a part or full-time role
