About you
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will have proven experience supporting senior executives in a complex, high-volume and fast-paced environment. You are proactive, solution-focused, with exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will demonstrate:
Strong time management and organisational skills, ensuring priorities are addressed and actioned promptly
Adaptability and flexibility to the evolving nature of the department
Resilience when working with contentious and sensitive content related to safety and wellbeing of children.
Proficiency in using various Microsoft office applications
Key Knowledge and experience
Demonstrated extensive experience within a similar large and complex organisation.
Essential requirements of the role
Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment.
