Tasks and Responsibilities
Supports leaders in the day-to-day operations for a given department
Coordinates with leaders on scheduling and organizing meetings
Actively participates in monthly admin conference calls and reporting back on office accomplishments, as well as issues
Keeps track of office supplies and replenishes the stock with new items when needed
Implements and maintains filing systems for the office
Provides suggestions to the management on the overall functioning of the office
support in arranging purchasing requests, purchase orders good general receipts of consumable supplies and kitchen stuff.
Support in following up on general office maintenance.
Oversee office management, cleanliness, orderliness, furniture and equipment maintenance, etc.
Skills
4+ experience required
Engineering industry experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Communication skills, including writing and verbal skills to interface effectively with all levels of leadership and staff
Ability to work efficiently and possess excellent time management skills

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
