Location: Markham, ON (Woodbine & 14th)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
● Monday - Friday (Occasional Weekends)
Wage: $18.00 - $23.00 hourly (based on experience and performance)
Performance-based year-end bonus

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
Prepare and organize client documents, reports, and marketing materials
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and task timelines
Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
Assist with transaction-related paperwork and documentation
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (expense tracking, receipts, simple reconciliation)
Marketing & Content Support
Create and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
Assist with content formatting, simple design (Canva), and short video editing (CapCut)
Support marketing execution and ensure timely posting
Communication & Coordination
Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback from relevant parties
Assist in drafting emails and internal/external communications
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners
Field Support (Occasional)
Handle light errands such as placing/removing signage or materials
Assist with basic setup and preparation tasks when required

Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through independently
Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications
Bilingual: English + Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with social media platforms and content posting
Basic skills in Canva / CapCut (or similar tools) are an asset
Previous administrative, operations, or marketing experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation
