Responsibilities
The Administrator - Planning & Strategy will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Procurement operations of the Freight Forwarding business at GLOVIS America, Inc
They will act as a trusted partner in providing support to the head of the Corporate Planning & Analysis team by designing, gathering, analyzing, and maintaining reports to monitor GLOVIS' affiliate companies and Freight Forwarding business
Additionally, the individual in this position will support the execution and management of the entire audit cycle to improve operations' efficiency, financial stability, and compliances with all relevant rules and regulations
This position will also be responsible for conducting all our equipment’s inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the safety of individuals and truckers and protection of the environment

Use of problem solving to obtain relevant data and information including dealing with ambiguity and exercising judgment / professional skepticism
Making corporate policy assessments
