Hybrid working with a few core days in the Hawkes Bay office a month.
Part time position with 24 hours a week
Salary range $5+,674 - $66,304 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience.
Use your excellent experience in processing high volume, repetitive data accurately to ensure our frontline staff have up to date tested equipment
Mo tenei turanga - about the role
As part of our Asset Management team, this position is responsible for managing high volume data entry regarding asset management. You will process equipment testing certificates from internal and external sources ensuring our equipment for our frontline fire fighters is up to date, this includes approximately 200,000 operational equipment assets across New Zealand.
This is a permanent position with 0.6FTE, or 24 hours a week.

For this primarily remote position, you will have a strong drive to self-manage your workload and will take pride in your accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volume work orders. You will have excellent customer service skills and will respond to requests professionally and in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
Proven ability to process high volume repetitive data accurately
Experience successfully processing complex data
Demonstrated integrity when working remotely and independently
Experience using a bespoke or highly customised database system such as JDE
