Job Description
A proven problem-solver. You have experience working in professional settings that require you to think critically to resolve issues or find answers.
Friendly, outgoing and willing to help. Friends and coworkers know they can turn to you when they need a helping hand, favour or advice.
A strong communicator. People rarely ask you to explain what you just said because it’s clear the first time.
Detail oriented. You’re the one examining the fine print when everyone else gives up and signs on the dotted line.
Technology literate. Things change quickly in tech and you’re always learning. You know your way around Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
Experienced in customer service and sales. We’d prefer your experience is related to insurance, but transferring skills from another sector may work for some positions.
A team player. You’re a “do-er” who loves working with others to finish a task. You support the collective vision and are a cheerleader for your team.
Tenacious. You don’t give up on a task. Ever.
