About the Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for education and a flair for sales? We're looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor who can guide students toward their dream careers! % You'll help them choose the right academic path, explain program benefits, and walk them through the entire admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• E Provide personalized academic & career counselling
• @ Address queries on courses, eligibility, fees, and scholarships
• & Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into enrollments
• © Achieve monthly targets with confidence and consistency
• = Maintain clear communication with students and parents
• Stay up to date on educational trends & competitive
programs
Keep accurate records in CRM and manage student databases
• & Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding
V What We're Looking For:
• & UG/PG in Education, Psychology, or relevant fields
• # 6 months-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or career guidance
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred)
• @ Fluent in English & Hindi
• ( Excellent interpersonal, communication & persuasion skills
Flexible to work 6 days/week (rotational weekly off)
