Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing information to prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, counseling them regarding programs and courses, conducting presentations, and handling inquiries through multiple communication channels. The role involves extensive interaction with potential students and requires a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English
