About the Role: The Admission Counsellor - Face-to-Face
(F2F) will conduct in-person counseling sessions with walk-in and scheduled learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person counseling sessions with walk-in and scheduled learners.
• Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Build trust and rapport with prospects via personalized discussions.
• Drive enrollments through high-touch, consultative sales.
• Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead to post-sales.
• Use CRM tools to track lead interactions and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Graduate degree required (exceptions possible with strong experience).
• Relevant academic background based on the course domain.
• Individual contributor experience.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Empathetic and persuasive approach to counseling.
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
