We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Counsellor to guide prospective students through course selection, career planning, and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to manage a team of junior counsellors (if required).
This is a remote role requiring high ownership, structured follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand student background, career goals, and recommend suitable programs
Convert inquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Handle objections and provide clear course information (fees, syllabus, placements)
Guide students through admission and documentation process
Achieve monthly admission targets
Train and mentor junior counsellors (if applicable)
Provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
