Role: Admission Counselor
Location: Tirumurthy Nagar, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The
responsibilities of the Counsellor includes supporting the team with developing and monitoring
counselling support for the team, and providing closing assistance as and when required.
Detailed Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain a daily connection with students who have shown interest in various
university programs, offering guidance and support throughout their decision-making
process.
● Connect/speak with up to 100 potential learners/students applying for University Online
courses.
● Follow up consistently on student inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered and
helping them navigate their educational options & enroll in the course.
● Support & contribute to the successful enrollment of students.
● Work closely with teammates to identify challenges and create effective strategies to
achieve team revenue goals.
● Accurately document all student interactions and ensure any concerns are escalated to
the proper channels.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
● Excellent active listening and communication skills. Local/State language proficiency is
an added bonus.
● Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
● Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
