Job Description
The Admissions Advisor will be an integral part of the Office of Admissions and report to the Admissions Manager. The primary role of the incumbent would be to counsel students on the programs being offered. The ideal candidate would be someone having a knack for outreach and communications, a love for sales, persistence when it comes to reaching targets, and goal-oriented. The incumbent will have to nurture the leads procured and ensure maximum conversions. A degree in liberal arts or social sciences would be beneficial for performing the task. The role would also involve working closely with the marketing and outreach team, managing the institute's website and social media handles, and writing content for various online and offline programs.
Responsibilities
• Lead and sales funnel management
• Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing brochures, talking to prospective students and parents, conducting tours, traveling to Education/Admission Fairs and Expos
• Manage the student registration and application process
• Respond to all admission queries and record all details of students, organize and document them.
• Prepare admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Contribute and collaborate with marketing and outreach
• Create monthly competitor analysis reports and present them
• Help in formulating social media content
• Come up with new creative ideas for outreach
• Tracking fee payments of students and maintaining records
• Help students with their education loan application
Education & Skills
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-3 years experience in any role in client servicing, customer relations, media
• Excellent English communication skills
• Dedicated to efficiency and productivity
• Excellent content writing and editing skills
• Should be motivated and have an attitude to learning new things
• Attention and eye for detail
• Social media savvy
• Someone who is not looking to work from home and can get themselves to the office every day.
• Good at sales
