In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting high-caliber students to our esteemed PGDM programs. You will be responsible for:
· Proactively engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals.
· Providing comprehensive information about our programs, faculty, placements, and student life.
· Guiding students through the application process and admissions requirements.
· Building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
· Contributing to achieving enrollment targets.
You are a Perfect Fit if You Possess:
· A postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA.
· Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A strong understanding of the Indian education system and business landscape.
· Proven experience in student recruitment or related fields (a plus).
· A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
