Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to lead enterprise-level development and integration initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable web solutions that integrate with legacy systems, while contributing to an organization-wide digital transformation for one of our top clients. This position requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance business goals with high-quality technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead AEM enterprise integration and development projects, ensuring alignment with legacy systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end web application solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized AEM roadmap aligned with broader technology goals
Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper documentation, training, and handover to operations
Promote engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
Own and deliver outcomes that meet both business and technical objectives
Optimize application performance through tuning and efficient design
Contribute to user access management and workflow configuration within AEM
Support operationalization of projects post-launch
Maintain high standards for code quality and system performance
Requirements

Deep expertise in AEM and its core components (Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher)
Strong experience integrating Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Campaign, Social)
Hands-on knowledge of AEM workflows, user/group management, and performance optimization
Proficient in Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Skilled in AEM templating with Sightly and UI frameworks such as CoralUI/TouchUI
Familiar with application profiling tools and performance tuning techniques
Ability to deliver complex projects across multiple teams and systems
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and accountable approach
Comfortable setting priorities and driving results independently
