1. Running ads on the following platforms
a. Instagram
b. Facebook
c. Google
d. LinkedIn
e. Other social & digital platforms
2. Assisting the ads head & senior ads managers
3. Reporting regularly on the performance of the ads, via KPI sheets
4. Focusing on the right targeting, layering of the audience
5. Scaling up the performing ads
6. Focusing on the following KPIs
a. Relevance of targeting
b. CPLs
c. Purchases (Conversion Ads)
d. Reach & Post Engagement Ads
e. Website Traffic Ads
f. Page View Ads
7. Drawing out patterns within successful ads
8. A/B Testing for ads

Remuneration
- CTC: 15-20% raise from present salary, depending on the candidate's checklist fulfillment
