Compensation

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience
The expected Base Hourly Range: $25-26
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
Responsibilities
The engineer must possess strong interpersonal skills and will collaborate with cross functional groups from assembly team members to a wide variety of technicians and engineers
Process Improvement Projects: Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives
Documenting Processes: Updates to existing and aid in development of new support documentation
Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing methods and procedures
Streamlining process and reducing waste
Layout and Flow: Support overall plant process flows and updates to existing facility layout documentation and drawings
Additional opportunities in material consolidation, TPM, CNC programming, data collection and interpretation, general workplace organization, and other projects as they become site priority
