We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team as a Mainframe Database Administrator (DBA) in the IMS and DB2 environment at Level 3. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database administration and design, with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Databases, including proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing database structures
• Maintaining and optimizing database performance
• Troubleshooting and resolving database issues
• Ensuring effective database replication
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with experience in IMS and DB2 systems preferred.
