Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual who can handle both marketing/advertising efforts and assist as a sales associate to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns (digital and print).
Create engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor online presence, respond to inquiries, and generate leads.
Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Track marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
Update inventory to website, etc
Duties as assigned by sales manager
Qualifications
Previous experience in advertising/marketing and/or sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value through upselling and product recommendations.
We Offer:
Hourly base pay + commission opportunities/performance bonuses
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays
Supportive team environment.
Must have a valid drivers license
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
