About the opportunity: We are inviting applications for an Advertising specialist to provide vital support to the development of the company. Responsibilites:
Plan, develop, and manage advertising strategies and campaigns to support student recruitment targets, and increase visibility in key international markets, with a focus on social media advertising campaigns across platform such as Wechat, Xiaohongshu and Tiktok.
Coordinate and create engaging content tailored to international student audiences, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, testimonials, and captions in line with campaign objectives and brand tone.
Develop campaign strategies that align with student recruitment goals, seasonal trends (e.g. application deadlines, scholarship promotions), and geographic markets.
Collaborate with creative teams and content partners to produce high-quality advertising contents, managing timelines, briefs, and revisions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting creatives and targeting based on engagement metrics, click-through rates, cost-per-lead, and conversion tracking.
Advise management regarding advertising performance and strategy adjustment needed.
Maintain and update company website from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is preferred but not essential.
3. Relevant work experience preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in video editing software and social media platform.
