What are your contributions to the team?
Lead the development and execution of strategic 360 omnichannel marketing plans supporting the growth and positioning of Bombardier Customer Services & Support.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a world-class customer experience that strengthens the Bombardier brand, enhances market perception, and drives new and repeat business through innovative marketing solutions.
Design and deliver go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and aftermarket initiatives—ensuring clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and measurable business impact.Develop and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns—including CRM, web, SEM, social media, content, and paid media advertising—aligned with customer needs and key business objectives.
Drive lead generation and conversion by building robust marketing automation workflows based on segmentation, lifecycle stage, and behavior insights.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Champion product marketing initiatives by collaborating with product, sales, and customer experience teams to articulate key differentiators and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Define and track communications KPIs, reporting progress and recommending adjustments to optimize impact.
Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and external partners to align efforts across functions for maximum brand visibility and market resonance.
Act as a strategic advisor to internal subject matter experts, supporting their participation in key industry events, airshows, and media opportunities.
Develop high-quality marketing assets (key messages, brochures, videos, fact sheets, print and digital ads, signage, etc.) to support sales and consumer engagement.
Oversee the governance of marketing projects through strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
Provide branding guidance and executional support for industry events (booth presence, videos, invitations, etc.).
Monitor and manage marketing budgets aligned with communications and strategic plans, ensuring cost-effective deployment and accurate tracking.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You hold a university degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
You have at least five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in strategic 360 marketing, campaign development, and product or service go-to-market execution.
You are passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
You are comfortable working independently, yet highly collaborative across functions.
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are adaptable to evolving business needs.
You have a strong customer-first mindset and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
You have advanced problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to marketing challenges.
You are bilingual (French and English), with strong writing and presentation skills in English.
You excel and PowerPoint and are confident presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
You are experienced in leading large-scale change initiatives in a matrixed organization.
You have a background in storytelling with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise, engaging narratives.
You are knowledgeable in social media strategy, content development, and digital trends that influence customer behavior.
You have a data-driven mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
You are proficient in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, SEM Rush (an asset), and comfortable with digital platforms and marketing automation tools.
