Job Description

In this role, you will:
Conduct a range of recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent, including resume and phone screening, psychological assessments, and facilitation
of assessment centres
Provide ongoing candidate management
Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries and provide professional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
Undertake recruitment activities/checks to ensure applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required
Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders
The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrated communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management and staff at all levels, to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources and other relevant issues.
High level of professionalism and motivation to achieve outcomes.
Ability to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the position.
Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a range of competing interests.
