Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain AEM environments (Author, Publisher, Dispatcher)Handle AEM upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and performance tuningTroubleshoot replication, workflows, OSGi bundles, Sling configsConfigure AEM Dispatcher for caching and securityMonitor logs and optimize system performanceManage user roles, permissions, and content securityProvide maintenance support during weekends/holidays-Required Skills:3+ years in AEM Administration (6.x+)Strong in Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, OSGiExperience with Cloudflare, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo)Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, DockerCloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCPProficient in Linux, shell scripting, automationMonitoring tools: SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, LokiScripting languages: Java, Groovy, Bash, Python, PowerShellKnowledge of auto-scaling, load balancing, and HA architecture-
