As we expand our reach, we're looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Executive to lead the growth of our performance-based partner program. This is a high-impact role with full ownership over affiliate relationships, partnerships, and ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Affiliate Program Management: Set up, manage, and scale our affiliate program using platforms like Refersion, Post Affiliate Pro, or Impact.
• Recruitment & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, wellness coaches, and niche publishers relevant to healthcare and wellness.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor performance across traffic sources, commissions, and conversions. Optimize for maximum ROI and minimize churn.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with SEO, email, paid ads, and design teams to align affiliate creatives and landing pages.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs using analytics tools and affiliate dashboards. Generate weekly performance reports and growth recommendations.
• Outreach & Negotiation: Execute email and LinkedIn outreach, build long-term partnerships, and negotiate payout structures that align with performance.
• Compliance: Ensure tracking, cookie windows, and affiliate T&Cs comply with platform and brand requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience (preferably in a D2C or performance-driven company).
• Strong working knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g., Refersion, Impact, Awin, ShareASale).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset; comfort working with numbers, KPIs, and dashboards (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
• Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth affiliate campaigns.
