Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager (CPS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate marketing program, specifically on the Cost-Per-Sale (CPS) model. You will develop strategies, build partnerships, and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, increase revenue, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Affiliate Program Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage the affiliate program to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Build strong relationships with existing affiliates and ensure consistent communication and support.
• Campaign Optimization:
• Monitor affiliate campaigns to ensure they deliver optimal performance.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize revenue.
• Track, report, and analyze affiliate performance to provide insights and recommendations.
• Partnership Development:
• Negotiate and secure partnerships with affiliates on the CPS model.
• Identify and onboard high-performing affiliates to drive sales growth.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Monitor traffic sources to detect fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate performance reports for management.
• Provide insights into affiliate performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically on the CPS model.
• Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs successfully.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate platforms, and tracking tools (e.g.,Offer18, HasOffers, Everflow, etc.).
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Other Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
