Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent maintenance administrative services to guest and clients, in a timely manner, consistent with all relevant quality standards and service level agreements
Be fully conversant with client contracted service levels and to reference these in maintenance allocations
Raise and allocate jobs and work orders using a CMMS system, carrying out a high level of scheduling and planning to reduce travel time and cost
Liaise with Suppliers, Trades persons and Village Management to ensure parts, equipment and stores are received in a timely manner
Assist the AFM team in monitoring budgets on a periodic basis
Ensure all documentation relating to OHS and food safety is completed and supplied by the contractors before payment of invoices
Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for our customers
To be successful, you will have:
Experience with building maintenance administration and maintenance priorities
Exceptional communication skills along with the ability to work well under pressure
Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience with JDE (desirable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Remote work experience (highly regarded)
Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
