Aged Care Support Worker Duties:
As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and privacy.
• Medication Administration: Administering medication as per care

• Mealtime Assistance: Assisting residents with mealtimes, ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Social and Emotional Support: Providing companionship, engaging in social activities, and offering emotional support to residents.
• Domestic Duties: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as bed making and cleaning.
• Mobility Assistance: Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
