The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors, leveraging strong local networks to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors / Agents
• Build and expand a strong Agency network
• Train, motivate, and support advisors to generate business
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closure
• Ensure compliance with company processes and IRDA norms
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and key customers
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales
• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / CASA / Banking preferred
• Graduate (mandatory)
• Strong local market network and relationship-building skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
