Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage client engagements that include service delivery, financial evaluations, benchmarking, and health insurance underwriting projects.
• Oversee and review junior staff analyses to ensure precision while fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct complex analyses and cost projections using industry-standard software tools like Excel and SAS.
• Draft comprehensive reports and dynamic presentations that summarize findings and propose actionable strategies for clients.
Key Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, statistics, finance, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in an actuarial role, ideally in consulting.
• Active ASA or FSA credential is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and established project management capabilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $240,500, determined based on your experience, skills, and education. This position may also include performance-based bonuses.
