Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance located in Jaipur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and building strong relationships with agents and clients.
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health insurance products and services
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
