Project X is in the process of improving, optimizing, and scaling our service operations for our consultancy ventures. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will assist the team with implementing a growth focused strategic plan.
This is a dynamic role for an entrepreneurial minded, solutions oriented, innovative individual who thrives on making things run efficiently.
You will be the ‘control tower’, responsible for making sure projects are completed on time and on budget while ensuring our usual level of excellent quality and client satisfaction.

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase. Our labs designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. Its invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. About Department
The management team provides the necessary vision, and leadership to drive growth and excellence across all our initiatives, while ensuring all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
Area Of Responsibilities
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
• Organization Performance - Monitor KPIs and build strategies to improve function-wise performance.
• Systems - Partner with cross-functional teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
• Policies & Processes - Develop and implement scalable and efficient processes for the organization. Also, optimize strategic and operational policies.
• Capability Building - Identify skill and performance gaps, assign trainings or hire new employees as needed.
MANAGEMENT
• Culture - Help promote the organizations culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Relationships - Maintain constant communication with management, staff and partner-network to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Strategic Networking - Build strategic alliances, and partnerships with other organizations.
• Business Development - Communicate with the sales team and liaise with clients to keep work flowing and projects coming in on schedule and on budget.
• Scheduling - Manage agency’s master schedule and oversee workflow, time tracking and reports on project timelines and budgets.
• Quality Control - Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings. Ensure all the client deliverables, pass all quality checks.
• Compliance - Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Performance Coaching - Regular, structured, one-on-one meetings to help individuals improve improve their performance, motivation, success and strategically align to the agency’s value proposition.
KPIs
• Budget Management - Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the defined budget.
• Profitability - Balance cost and profit center to ensure the venture(s) are profitable.
• Growth Rate - Month-to-month organization growth rate.
Requirements MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 2+ years
Education & Work Experience
Relevant degree / diploma or work experience in the field of finance / marketing / operations or related field. Project Management certificate is a bonus.
SOFTWARES & APPLICATIONS
Tech-savvy individual with high-level proficiency in MS Office, and experience using Project Management software (we use ClickUp).
Qualities & Capabilities
• Being resourceful & unconventional vision is a must.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
• Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
