Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un agent méthodes pour rejoindre notre équipe des méthodes support basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe méthode support chargée de coordonner les actions essentielles à la résolution des enjeux majeurs impactant la ligne de montage. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Dans votre rôle vous aurez à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes Méthodes pour développer et réviser les méthodologies de travail ainsi que de rédiger des instructions de travail pour la production. Vous aurez à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions de l’ingénierie, de la production, de la logistique et de la qualité. L’investigation de causes racines de problèmes et participer à l’analyse de solutions font partie des responsabilités de la fonction.

Votre profil:

Un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC / AEC) et/ou universitaires en génie mécanique, avionique, électrique, industriel, ou électromécanique, en fabrication aéronautique ou dans une discipline connexe;

De l’expérience pertinente sur des processus manufacturiers, idéalement sur l’A220;

Une connaissance générale des dépendances entre les différentes positions du système manufacturier aéronautique;

Une connaissance détaillée des processus de planification, logistique, qualité et de production,

Un fort leadership, êtes capable de remettre les processus en question, mais aussi une volonté de faire grandir vos collègues et les autres fonctions.

Job Description:

Do you have experience in tooling, ideally in the aerospace industry? Have you worked as a coordinator and are now looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Method Agent to join our Method Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Method Support team responsible for coordinating essential actions to resolve major issues impacting the assembly line. The team's structure is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.

In your role you will work closely with other Methods teams to develop and revise work methodologies as well as write work instructions for production. You will work closely with engineering, production, logistics and quality functions. Investigating the root causes of problems and participating in the analysis of solutions are all part of the job's responsibilities.

Your Challenges:

Your Profile:

A collegiate (DEC / AEC) or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent professional experience,

Experience of aerospace manufacturing processes, ideally on the A220,

General knowledge of dependencies between different stakeholders in the aeronautical manufacturing cycle,

Detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality and production processes,

Strong leadership, able to challenge processes, but also willing to help colleagues and other functions grow
