BNC is hiring for corporate for the position of AGM-Accounts for Delhi location
• Accounts:
- Overseeing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Experience in consolidation & finalization of financials as per IND AS
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to management with recommended actions.
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Coordinate with all functional heads for speedy resolution of all financial issues
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Preparation of Annual Business Plan and Rolling Forecasts (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).
- Analysis & Reporting of profitability margin at Gross Margin Level, EBIDTA Level and PBT Level for different segments and businesses of the organization.
- Working capital management and analysis of Bills receivables, Bills Payables, and Inventory positions of the various businesses
- Chartered Accountant with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional MBA or ICWA/CS qualifications will be preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing set up preferably from Corporate Office.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to lead a performing team.
- Experience in SAP is must.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Salary: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
