Job Purpose
Support circle teams to increase Prepaid business revenue, through error free campaign execution, Tracking campaigns & identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Campaign analysis
• Analyze efficacy of all Prepaid campaigns, Governance of pilots and Broad basing basis results
• Benchmarking reports across circles on key Kpis and replication of best practices across markets
Business development /Processes & Compliance
• Developing automated work processes and reports to achieve high level of efficiency and accuracy
• Managing scripts, calendar, frequency of communication and ownership of customer one to one communication
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Graduates/MBA with 4-5 years of experience handling customer campaign
Ability to manage Huge Data Sets
Good communication skills, analytical mindset
Must have technical / professional qualifications
